Commission Tracker started as a way to leave loose spreadsheets behind: one place for your board, payments, deadlines and rates, and a page where your clients can follow progress.

It is an independent project, made by a small team and always changing. What gets built comes from what the people using it tell us, so write to us.

    Export your commissions as CSV or delete your account whenever you want, from Settings.

  • We never touch your money

    We do not process payments or store card details. You log what you get paid.

  • No ads, no tracking

    We do not show ads or sell data. The cookies we use are only the ones needed to log you in.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a code?

Ask for access with the request form: we review each one and reply to all of them. We also hand out codes in activities with the artist community; join our Discord to hear about them.

Do my clients need an account?

No. You share the link to your public profile and they open it in any browser.

What does my client see about their order?

The status, the stages and the delivery date. They do not see prices or amounts. You can hide any commission and protect the client name.

Do you process my payments?

No. Commission Tracker is an organizing tool: you log what you are paid through PayPal, Ko-fi, bank transfer or whatever you use, but we never move money.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export your commissions as CSV from Settings. If you decide to leave, delete your account and your data is erased.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It adapts to your phone from the browser, with light and dark mode.

How do you protect my account?

You can turn on two-step verification and passkeys, and you get an email if someone logs in from a new location.
